A warm, engaged Southlake family has recently welcomed their third baby and is seeking an experienced career nanny with extensive newborn and infant experience. Although there are three children in the family, this position is centered almost entirely around the newborn. The two older boys are in school during the day, and both parents manage school drop-off, pick-up, and their daily routines.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional nanny who enjoys supporting families during the first years of a child's life. The ideal candidate will confidently care for the newborn while both parents work, bringing expertise in infant development, sleep routines, feeding transitions, developmental milestones, and establishing healthy routines throughout the first year.
The family is currently working with an Overnight Newborn Care Specialist and is looking for a nanny who can provide a seamless transition by maintaining the baby's established schedule and continuing the excellent care already in place. They value professionalism, consistency, thoughtful communication, and a calm, nurturing presence.
Additional Earning Opportunity:
The family's sister, who also lives in Southlake, has an infant of a similar age. From September through January, there may be opportunities to care for both babies, offering additional hours at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on, in-home newborn experience and a proven history of guiding infants through their earliest developmental stages. This family truly values the expertise of a professional nanny and is looking to build a long-term relationship based on trust, respect, and open communication. If you take pride in helping infants thrive while becoming a trusted partner to parents, this is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
