Full Time - 6 am - 10 pm, M-F, two 16 hours plus one 8 hour shift rotation
Job Overview
Landmark South Nursing Home is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a floor nurse on the 6 am - 10 pm shift.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long term setting.
- Administer medications and patient assessments.
- Document all patient interactions accurately using Point Click Care (PCC).
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- One year of Long Term Care experience in a nursing home is required.
