Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel valued from the moment they walk in
- Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems and coordinate spa bookings efficiently
- Assist guests with product demos, retail sales, and upselling to enhance their experience and increase revenue
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for sales and refunds
- Maintain a well-stocked retail area by merchandising products, stocking shelves, and organizing displays to attract customer interest
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries, booking appointments, or providing information about services and products
- Support supervising staff by overseeing daily operations at the front desk and ensuring smooth workflow
- Conduct product demos to educate clients about skincare or wellness items while promoting additional sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments; supervisory experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients in bilingual settings preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating totals, discounts, and inventory management
- Ability to perform basic math accurately and handle cash transactions confidently
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear, professional communication skills
- Experience in merchandising, stocking shelves, and conducting product demos to boost sales
- Previous experience working in a grocery store or similar retail environment is advantageous but not required
