Summary:
The Receptionist of the Catholic Health (CH) Administrative and Regional Training Center (ARTC) greets, directs and/or provides assistance to all vendors, visitors and staff entering the facility in a friendly, courteous & professional manner. Answers telephones, routes calls to appropriate staff, takes accurate phone messages and relays messages to staff. Provides basic clerical duties following established procedures as directed by manager. Confidential interaction with professionals inside and outside the organization.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION

High School diploma or GED
- Associate Degree Preferred
EXPERIENCE

Minimum three (3) years of customer service and/or receptionist experience required
KNOWLEDGE,SKILL AND ABILITY
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language clearly

Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, visitors and the general public

Excellent written or oral communication skills

Excellent communication skills which may be inclusive of approach, tone of voice, speed of communication, respectfulness and non-verbal communication
