Job Summary**
Primoris Energy Services is seeking an Electrical Helper to assist skilled electricians with various tasks on construction sites, primarily focusing on industrial and commercial electrical installations. This role involves learning foundational electrical skills while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities**
- Assist electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Pull wire, bend conduit, and connect electrical components under supervision.
- Dig trenches and holes for electrical conduits and cables.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times.
- Learn and apply basic electrical principles and codes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by electricians or supervisors.
Job Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a construction or industrial environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn electrical trade skills.
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
