Production Supervisor | $29/hr | Night Shift
Location: Aubrey, TX
Pay: $29.00 per hour
Schedule: 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule
Job Overview
We are hiring a Production Supervisor to lead operations in an industrial environment. This role is ideal for candidates with leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting who are focused on safety, efficiency, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production employees and shift operations
- Ensure production lines are staffed and running efficiently
- Enforce safety standards, PPE compliance, and safe work practices
- Complete production reports, shift logs, and documentation
- Manage employee schedules, breaks, and workflow
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards
- Oversee forklift operations and material handling
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Lead, Shift Supervisor, or Warehouse Lead preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations
- Forklift operation and material handling equipment (MHE)
- Safety compliance and PPE standards
- Inventory, shipping, and receiving
- Continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S
- Employee training and development
Certifications
- Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50–100 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
- Must meet physical requirements within a 60-day probationary period
Work Environment
- Industrial/manufacturing plant setting
- Non-climate controlled environment
- Exposure to dust, noise, and equipment
