We are currently seeking qualified internal candidates for 3rd Shift Burn & Saw positions. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining burn or saw equipment to produce quality parts that meet specifications and production standards.
Shift: 3rd Shift Monday – Thursday 8:00pm – 6:30am (10 hours, $2.00/hour shift differential) Training on 1st shift
Department: Burn & Saw
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate burn or saw machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Troubleshoot and make machine adjustments as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous burn or saw experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and ability to work 3rd shift

Working from written specifications, sets up and operates cut-off saw, straight and mitered cuts of various materials and shapes. Makes adjustments, mounts, and replaces blades as needed. Measures proper lengths and maintains quality control procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
Cut steel to within specified tolerances for length.
- Form steel to specifications
- Meet established Production and Quality goals
- Be able to use and read a tape measure
