Our full-time Laser Specialists typically earn $1,000–$1,400 per week through hourly pay, commissions, and tips.

Natural Glamorous is Orlando's first Medspa focused on serving the Latina community. Our clients come to us for natural-looking results, personalized care, and an experience where they can feel comfortable and understood in their own language.
We're looking for someone who wants more than just another laser technician position. We want an Electrologist who is excited to keep learning, earn more as they grow, and build a long-term career with our team.
What You'll Do
- Perform professional laser hair removal treatments using advanced laser technology, including Candela GentleMax Pro.
- Consult with clients in Spanish, explaining treatment plans, expected results, pre-care, and post-care.
- Help clients choose treatment plans and packages based on their individual goals and needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide an exceptional experience at every visit.
- Manage follow-up appointments and help clients stay consistent with their treatment plans.
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and properly care for equipment.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow all required safety protocols.
- Recommend and sell treatment packages while earning additional income through commissions.
- Meet performance expectations and KPIs while maintaining excellent treatment and customer-service standards.
- Participate in ongoing training to continue improving your laser, consultation, and sales skills.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Florida Electrologist License — REQUIRED.
- Fluent Spanish — REQUIRED. The majority of our clients are Spanish-speaking.
- Laser hair removal experience is preferred.
- Experience with Candela GentleMax Pro is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Additional licenses or experience in skincare, esthetics, or advanced facial treatments are a plus.
- Confident, professional, friendly, and comfortable communicating with clients.
- Comfortable recommending treatment plans and discussing packages.
- Coachable and eager to continue learning and improving.
- Detail-oriented and committed to providing excellent treatments and customer service.
- Interested in growing professionally and building a long-term career with our team.
