About the Role
As a Print Production Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality output by managing complex digital printing workflows and maintaining precision equipment. You will be responsible for translating technical specifications into finished products, ensuring every run meets rigorous quality and efficiency benchmarks.
Responsibilities-
Configure and operate multiple digital press platforms to meet production schedules.

Execute thorough pre-flight checks, including file verification, color matching, and first-article inspections to ensure accuracy.

Optimize press performance through proactive adjustments and troubleshooting to maintain peak efficiency.

Perform routine preventative maintenance and uphold high standards of cleanliness for all machinery and work areas.

Document production metrics, maintenance logs, and downtime reports to support operational transparency.

Collaborate with maintenance teams and management to resolve technical challenges and minimize workflow disruptions.

Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Qualifications-
Proven ability to operate digital printing equipment with high attention to detail.

Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in basic shop math, including fractions and percentages.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a production environment.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Capacity to work independently and manage high-volume workloads under tight deadlines.

Experience with 4-color process printing and advanced color management.
