We are looking for a motivated, dedicated and focused individual to take ownership of Accounts Payable and General Office Administration. This is a great place to learn about multifamily property management, with opportunities for future growth and advancement.
This is a Full-Time, In-Person position. Remote and hybrid work is not an option. Pay is dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Primary face to our vendors, partners, and property managers
- Ensure vendor invoices are correctly coded for prompt payment
- Process resident security deposit refunds/forfeitures
- Assist with general administration for over 20 multifamily properties
- Assist with bank reconciliations and light journal entries
- Assist with Budgets and Year-end reporting
- Assist with payroll
Work Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required
- Strong Accounts Payable skills required
- Experience with multifamily management and accounting software suites (e.g., RealPage, Yardi) highly desired
- Understanding full-cycle accounting is helpful
- Being detail oriented and managing time wisely is a must
- Thoroughness of work will be necessary to thrive
- Background in multifamily properties (front office and/or back office) is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
