RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations.
- Manage and resolve complex customer issues with care and professionalism.
- Use your expertise in insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both new and existing clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable engaging in sales conversations and building rapport.
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license
- Ability to obtain Life and Health license
