Manufacturing & Reliability Engineer

Keiding is looking for a Manufacturing & Reliability Engineer to take ownership of process optimization, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives across our production facilities.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact by reducing downtime, implementing reliability programs, leading automation and capital projects, and helping shape the future of our manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead initiatives that improve equipment reliability, uptime, and overall manufacturing performance.
- Implement and optimize our MRO/CMMS platform, helping build a data-driven maintenance and reliability culture.
- Analyze production and equipment data to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, throughput, and quality.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment and process failures.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies that improve asset performance.
- Support automation projects, new equipment installations, and capital improvements.
- Partner with operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to solve problems and improve results.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, reliability, maintenance, or process engineering.
- Experience with CMMS/MRO systems, manufacturing analytics, and equipment reliability programs.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving systems and processes.
