The Middle School Football Coach is responsible for leading and developing student-athletes in a positive, educational environment. This role focuses on teaching fundamental Football skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship while preparing players for progression to higher levels of competition.
Plan and conduct practices focused on fundamental skill development
Coach games and implement age-appropriate strategies
Teach teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and team events
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
Knowledge of football rules, skills, and basic strategies
Strong leadership and communication skills
Coaching and/or playing experience preferred
Ability to work with middle school–aged students
