As a Supply Chain Data Coordinator, you'll play a key role in maintaining critical ERP data that supports procurement, planning, and inventory management across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update item and warehouse records within the ERP system to support purchasing, planning, and inventory operations.
- Manage purchasing and replenishment parameters, including lead times, order quantities, safety stock levels, reorder points, and sourcing information.
- Process requests for new item setup, modifications, and deactivations while ensuring compliance with established business standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement and inventory data used by Purchasing, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management teams.
- Partner with Buyers, Procurement Managers, Planners, and Operations teams to gather, validate, and maintain item setup information.
- Maintain supplier and sourcing information to support procurement activities.
- Perform routine audits of ERP data to identify discrepancies, missing information, and opportunities for improved data quality.
- Execute mass data updates using ERP tools and advanced Excel functions.
- Support ERP system enhancements, testing, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with additional supply chain projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory, ERP administration, master data, or related operations.
- Experience maintaining ERP or master data is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Infor M3, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets, formulas, filters, lookups, and pivot tables.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
