Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Counter Representative to join our team. This position works directly with customers at the front counter, assisting both scheduled and walk-in customers with tire and parts inquiries, pricing, and service needs. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and comfortable working with computers and customer service situations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist scheduled and walk-in customers at the front counter
- Look up tire and parts pricing and provide customer quotes
- Write up and process work orders for service technicians
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Provide basic tire knowledge and recommendations when needed
- Maintain accurate information in the computer system
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- MUST HAVE TIRE SALES EXPERIENCE
- Previous tire sales or automotive service experience preferred
