Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient service and ensure a positive experience from start to finish
- Open and close the dental office according to protocol
- Lead and coordinate team huddles and meetings
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly and professionally
- Attract and retain patients through effective communication and follow-up
- Conduct full insurance breakdowns and calculate accurate copays
- Submit insurance claims and manage appeals for denied claims
- Maintain 30-day aging reports and follow up as needed
- Oversee the coordination between patients, staff, and doctors
- Manage recall systems to maintain a productive schedule
- Complete daily end-of-day reporting
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
- High-level knowledge of general dentistry
- Proficiency in Dentrix and/or Denticon
- Understanding of Nevada dental insurance plans and CDT codes
- Strong case presentation and patient communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Professional demeanor and reliable team player
Work Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40-hour workweek)
