Barista — Part-Time Bondadoso Coffee & Tea Collective · In person $18–$19/hr | Up to 25 hrs/week
At Bondadoso, kindness is our culture — and our baristas are at the heart of it. We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic barista who loves coffee, loves people, and brings great energy to every shift.
What you'll do- PRIOR COFFEE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso, coffee, and tea beverages
- Create a warm, memorable experience for every guest
- Keep the bar, work area, and café clean and well-stocked
- Assist with light food prep and follow food safety guidelines
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Support inventory tracking and communicate low-stock needs
What we're looking for
- Hands-on coffee experience is required — espresso, manual brew methods, and drink quality standards
- A genuine passion for coffee, tea, and flavor — curiosity about origins and brewing is a big plus
- Strong customer service skills and warmth with guests of all backgrounds
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented under pressure
- Flexible availability: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
