We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Bilingual Insurance Account Manager fluent in Arabic to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, understanding their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
- Manage service and sales administration tasks efficiently with the ability to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details.
- Provide comprehensive customer service by addressing inquiries related to Personal and Commercial Insurance needs.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance benefits.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates related to insurance sales and regulation to ensure accurate advice and compliance.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential; excellent communication skills in both languages are required for effective client interaction.
- 2 Year minimum within an insurance office, with an active P&C License.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Knowledge of various insurance types including Home, Auto and Commercial insurance.
- Demonstrated customer relationship building skills combined with exceptional customer service capabilities.
- Analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options effectively.
- Prior experience in sales administration or benefits administration is preferred; understanding of insurance regulation is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences while maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards.

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
