Compensation & Opportunity
This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
- Typical On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 annually
- Top Performers: $140,000+ annually

Position Summary
As a Park Model Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for helping customers through every stage of the sales process, from their initial inquiry through delivery of their new home. You'll work with both walk-in customers and company-generated leads, providing exceptional service while managing a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
Success in this role comes from building relationships, staying organized, following up consistently, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Welcome customers to our showroom and create a positive first impression.
- Conduct professional home tours and product demonstrations.
- Build trust through education and a consultative approach rather than high-pressure sales tactics.
Sales & Business Development
- Manage the complete sales process from initial inquiry through closing.
- Maintain consistent follow-up through phone, email, text, and CRM.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective buyers throughout the decision-making process.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals.
Product Expertise
- Become an expert on our park model homes, customization options, financing resources, delivery process, and industry trends.
- Clearly communicate product features, pricing, and available options.
- Stay current on product updates and industry developments.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer records in Hubspot CRM.
- Prepare contracts and sales documentation accurately and promptly.
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed in compliance with company policies.
Customer Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the purchasing process.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure a smooth experience.
- Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven success in consultative sales with a track record of building customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
- Experience selling park model homes or manufactured homes is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer experience skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable learning technical product information and using CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
