MyMichigan Family Medicine has a new opportunity for a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their established team in Birch Run, MI. Seeking a highly motivated, confident, and energetic provider.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to provide primary care services to patients of all ages.
MyMichigan Family Medicine Birch Run is located at 9900 E. Birch Run Road.
Responsibilities:
- 100% outpatient, follow patients through all stages of life, newborn through geriatrics

Own patient panel & Access provider

Monday-Friday
-
Acute, chronic, hospital follow-ups, ED follow ups, physicals, established patient visits, Medicare wellness

Appropriately prescribing and managing medications and immunizations

Minor procedures
-
Rotating call schedule
Certifications and Licensures:
- AHA approved BLS Certification

Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
Required Education:
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program

Primary Care experience preferred; new graduates with primary care background will be considered

- Employment is contingent on successful completion of MyMichigan Health credentialing process.
