The Sales Engineer / Automation Sales Specialist / Technical Account Manager Role:
Manage existing and new customer relationships across the assigned territory – Covering Utah
Engage with customers and prospects on industrial automation solutions, engineering products, sensors, machine vision, IIoT solutions
Selling to machine builders and manufacturing plants
Define customer challenges clearly and support the development of suitable automation solutions.
Use technical product and application knowledge to solve industrial automation challenges.
Communicate with customers through web conferences, LinkedIn, phone calls and in-person meetings.
Attend customer sites for larger projects to evaluate machinery, review applications and present solutions.
Requirements:
Experience as a Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Executive, Business Development Engineer, Account Manager, Automation Sales Specialist, Outside Sales or similar
Technical sales experience, ideally within industrial automation, industrial automation solutions, engineering products, sensors, machine vision or related technical products
Degree qualified – Engineering, technical or business related
Experience selling to machine builders, manufacturing plants or automation-led environments would be beneficial
Based in Salt Lake County, Utah
Pay: $117,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
