Pay: $38,000 - $100,000+ per year (Base + Commission + Incentives)

What You'll Do
- Generate insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other referral sources.
- Provide a warm, professional greeting to every customer entering the office.
- Process premium payments efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster client loyalty and retention.
- Proactively prospect new business through referrals, networking, marketing, cold calling, and lead databases.
- Educate prospective clients on insurance policy options tailored to their unique needs and goals.
What We're Looking For
- GA Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Life & Health Insurance License
- Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High work ethic, coachable attitude, and a willingness to learn
- Proven ability to build relationships from scratch and thrive independently
