Job Responsibilities:
· Assist the Production Manager with daily production activities and workflow coordination.
· Support cabinet assembly, preparation, and finishing processes.
· Help organize materials and ensure smooth production flow.
· Read and follow work orders and instructions accurately.
· Assist with quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
· Label, wrap, and prepare finished products for delivery.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
· Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines (PPE provided).
· Support team members with general production tasks as needed.
· Use Microsoft Excel to track production data, materials, and job progress.
· Assist with updating and maintaining records in ERP or production management systems (if applicable).
· Step in to support and help oversee production operations in the absence of the Production Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED preferred.
· Basic math and measuring skills (ability to read a tape measure).
· Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
· Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
· Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
· Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
· Comfortable working with tools and in a manufacturing environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· English required; bilingual is a plus.
Preferred:
Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing
Familiarity with hand and power tools
