Position Overview
Spartan Floor Coatings is a leader in premium concrete coating systems, specializing in residential and commercial flooring solutions.
We are seeking a Lead Installer who can take ownership of job sites, execute installations to a high standard, and represent the brand professionally in the field.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who values quality work, consistency, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Install epoxy and polyaspartic flooring systems to company standards
- Manage job sites from start to finish (prep, installation, completion)
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations
- Operate grinders, power tools, and coating equipment safely
- Oversee and direct assistant installers on-site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Identify and resolve installation challenges as they arise
Requirements
- Experience with epoxy, polyaspartic, or concrete coatings preferred
- Background in construction, flooring, or general labor
- Ability to lead a job site and maintain production standards
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
