What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring access at the front desk, and supporting security-related protocols for a commercial real estate location.

Greet visitors, tenants, and vendors, assist with check-in activities, verify credentials as directed, and help to address questions in a professional manner.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.

Monitor lobby activity, phones, cameras, and entry points from the front desk, document security-related events, and report concerns according to site policies.

Support daily front desk operations by maintaining visitor logs, issuing access materials when authorized, and helping to deter unauthorized entry through attentive observation and customer interaction.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
