We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst specializing in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage to join our team. Duties
- Financial modeling — NOI, IRR, cap rates
- Build OMs and investment packages
- Market research via CoStar, Crexi & LoopNet — comps, trends, indicators
- Support pricing strategy and due diligence
- Maintain listings and pipeline in Salesforce
- Build pitch decks and market reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial analysis within commercial real estate or related fields such as investment banking or corporate finance.
- Knowledge of financial concepts including cash flow analysis, profit & loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Experience working with ERP systems like Hyperion or other enterprise resource planning tools; understanding governmental accounting standards is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with a solid foundation in quantitative research and business analysis techniques.
- Strong communication skills for financial report writing and presenting complex data insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to apply strategic planning principles and business intelligence tools for effective decision-making.
