We’re looking for a Parts Specialist who takes pride in helping customers find exactly what they need to keep their equipment running. In this role, you’ll manage the full parts sales process — from quoting and invoicing to sourcing and inventory management — while delivering professional, customer-focused service every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide personable, responsive service to customers using various communication channels
- Manage the complete parts sales cycle, including account setup, quoting, invoicing, returns, and payment collection.
- Identify, source, and secure correct parts and accessories; recommend additional products that add convenience and long-term value.
- Receive, process, and ship parts orders; maintain accurate inventory through reordering and cycle counts.
- Participate in training and development to grow knowledge and stay sharp in a fast-paced industry.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of parts experience in automotive or construction related role (preferred)
- One year of experience in customer service
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish (preferred)
Other Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have reliable attendance and professional appearance.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
