Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. You will handle a variety of customer needs via phone, email, or text, providing clear information and timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute feedback to management.
- Collaborate with Account Representatives by identifying and referring potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain a positive, helpful attitude in all communications.

- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems.
- Bilingual: Fluent English and Spanish speaker is a major plus.
