R B Allen Co., Inc. is seeking a motivated, dependable, and experienced Fire Alarm Testing & Inspection Technician to join our growing Life Safety team.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
- Complete detailed inspection reports and documentation.
- Identify system deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot basic fire alarm system issues when encountered.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Massachusetts Class D Systems Technician License (Required)
- Experience inspecting and testing commercial fire alarm systems.
- Working knowledge of NFPA 72 and applicable fire alarm codes.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
