Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving & Fulfillment Associate to support our warehouse and fulfillment operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring incoming materials are received accurately, inventory records are maintained, and customer orders are prepared efficiently for distribution. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify received materials against packing slips and shipping documentation.
- Document and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
- Process returned shipments and verify returned materials.
- Maintain receiving records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with organizing and staging materials for fulfillment activities.
- Support the Fulfillment team with matching collateral and materials to shipping labels.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and internal departments regarding inventory and order requirements.
- Enter receiving and fulfillment information into spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Assist with inventory control and material tracking activities.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area.
- Participate in team meetings regarding warehouse operations and process improvements.
- Support additional warehouse and fulfillment functions as assigned.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics support preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
- Experience handling inventory, receiving documentation, and fulfillment activities preferred.
- Basic computer and data-entry experience required.
- Experience with NAV or similar inventory management systems preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50–75 pounds
- Ability to load and unload a truck (bending, reaching, lifting)
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
