Full-Time Leasing Specialist – Treesort Apartments (Gainesville, GA)
Hourly + Commission | 30–40 hours/week
Treesort Apartments is Gainesville’s newest luxury community, offering a resort-style living experience focused on exceptional service, innovation, and comfort. We’re looking for a driven, personable team member to join us part-time as a Leasing Specialist.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, you'll set the tone for the Treesort experience. You’ll guide clients through the leasing process, provide property tours, respond to inquiries, and ensure resident satisfaction through outstanding service and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospects in person, by phone, and online
- Conduct property tours and highlight community features
- Respond to leads and follow up with prospects
- Guide clients through the leasing process: applications, paperwork, and screening
- Support resident move-ins, renewals, and service requests
- Maintain organized records and accurate availability
- Help plan and attend resident events and community outreach
- Assist with marketing efforts and competitive research
- Ensure apartments and common areas are presentable and move-in ready
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in leasing, sales, customer service, or administrative roles
- Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Tech savvy and comfortable with property management software, email, and office tools
- Team-oriented and proactive under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
