Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift scheduling, and ensuring smooth service flow
- Lead and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to meet brand standards and health regulations
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Control inventory levels, monitor food safety practices, and implement food management procedures to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Train new team members and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance team performance
- Support management in budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and implementing cost-control measures
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required
- Knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Experience in managing hospitality teams, conducting interviews, training staff, and overseeing shift management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Ability to analyze profit & loss statements and support budgeting efforts effectively
- Passion for hospitality with a focus on team leadership, food quality, and guest satisfaction
