Skills
- Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices
- Proven ability in menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in culinary techniques for diverse cuisines
- Experience in food service environments such as restaurants or catering settings
