NC Drainage is hiring for an experienced Field Supervisor who will lead a crew of up to 4 workers in completing a variety of drainage and landscaping projects in the greater Triangle and Triad regions.

NC Drainage Field Supervisors must have:
Strong work ethic and leadership skills
Service-oriented and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality standards
Capability to lift 60 pounds overhead
Experience operating trenching and digging equipment or other heavy machinery
Valid North Carolina driver’s license and ability to qualify for commercial driver’s license (CDL)
Previous drainage experience is preferred but not required. If you fit the above qualifications, we’ll teach you everything else you need to know in our apprenticeship and training program.
