Set up press and lathe equipment: clean, calibrate, and prepare for production cycles

Control and adjust machine parameters (including speed) to hit spec

Feed raw material/parts into semi-automated machines

Use precision and measuring tools to verify part conformity

Conduct periodic machine operation tests

Diagnose and correct issues that arise mid-shift

Identify machine-related defects in output

Document counts of approved and defective units/final products

Maintain thorough activity logs

Safety-first mindset and compliance with regulations
