Express Electric is seeking an experienced professional with 10+ years' experience and positive attitude to lead a new residential division for a well-established electrical contractor licensed by the state of Ohio. We need a skilled leader that is motivated to spearhead this expansion. Must have expertise in residential electrical contracting, business development, and crew management. Candidate would be responsible for building a customer database, driving advertising and networking, and hire and manage crews. ELECTRICIAN REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to run multiple residential crews.
- Ability to read blueprints, wire and terminate devices, as well as test and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Expected to be able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work
- Ability to communicate effectively with company's clients, its management team and other field employees
- Able to perform general physical activities common to the electrical trade
- Attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work
- Knowledge about technological developments
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Basic Hand tools
- Valid Driver's License
- Maintain a safe working environment

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
