Parc Provence is seeking a dependable Floor Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. This role focuses on floor care, general housekeeping, and supporting overall building cleanliness.
Strip, wax, buff, and maintain tile floors
Clean carpets, upholstery, and common areas
Assist with room setups and moving furniture
Stock supplies and follow cleaning/waste‑disposal procedures
Support building and grounds maintenance
Escort vendors and deliver packages
Respond to spills, emergencies, and occasional laundry or pet cleanup
Work weekends, holidays, and occasional after‑hours shifts
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
Six months of experience in a hospital, nursing home, or similar setting preferred
Professional communication and customer‑service skills
Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling (up to 80 lbs.)
Ability to work with cleaning chemicals, equipment, odors, and dust
