Production Team Member
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Location: Battle Creek, MI
Shift: First Shift (7:00AM - 3:00PM) With Potential for Overtime
Starting Rate: $16.50
We’re looking for a forward-thinking problem solver and change-maker ready to help take NexForm to the next level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Previous production/light industrial employment experience is preferred
- Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work within established safety guidelines for the plant and assigned work area
- Ability to work in a factory environment with exposure to moderate levels of noise, dust, heat, moving machinery and fork lift traffic
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous working experience in a manufacturing production facility preferred
- Standing for long periods of time (8-10 hours per day). Occasional lifting to maximum of 25 lbs. Ability to continuously bend and stoop over long periods of time performing repetitive tasks
- Must be able to pass pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check
- Must be reliable, dependable, and have adequate means of transportation
- Manufacturing or factory experience is a plus
