Mobile Expert/Sales Associate

As a Total Wireless Sales Expert, you are:
A productive salesperson.
You understand the industry and its technological advancements.
You know the competition, and the savings the customer will receive by switching over to Total wireless.
You understand a customer’s pain points, and what can be done to resolve them. You are an active listener, and you shape your sales pitch to the achieve the customer’s needs.
You are aggressive and want to close sales. You want to achieve your sales quotas and exceed expectations.
You come in to work everyday with a hunger to achieve your goals and make sales. You want to grow in our tiered commission structure.
You don’t just worry about phone sales but want to sell all the accessories that come with it!
You are a well-rounded individual, and an excellent communicator. You are efficient with time management and know how to move on to the next customer.
You are not tardy, but punctual, and take your job seriously.
You perform inventory audits daily.
You ensure the store and your own cleanliness.
You are an active team player and know how to follow instructions.
You are adaptable and can change with the needs of the company.
While being an exceptional sales person, you achieve customer satisfaction and ensure the customer a pleasant visit. You care about the associate score you receive from the customer.
You actively perform Total wireless mandated online/site trainings.
You MUST have good conversational skills.
You must have full time open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
We reward you for being everything above. Our compensation package is based upon performance. You must maintain a minimum monthly quota to receive the high side of the compensation. Our starting package for a full timer can put you in the range of $600 - $1500 per week based upon quota attainment. As a team member, you receive a discounted employee and family package for your monthly phone service. You receive discounted accessory pricing. Competitions are released on a consistent basis, so if you’re competitive and like to win, we have that too!
