Monday-Friday 8am-2pm (some Saturdays with two weeks notice and overtime pay)
Join our packaging team! You will be responsible for labeling and packaging
inventory to keep our shelves stocked and orders fulfilled. Gamblin Artist Colors is a
fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.

This is a physical job that requires lifting a lot of boxes and standing on your feet for long periods of time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (25-30 hours a week):
Catching paint off of the line: Checking for quality (dents, crooked labels, dirty labels) and boxing paint. Counting tubes. Barcoding boxes.
Tubes of paint: Clean, label and package paint, rotate stock
Cans of paint: Clean and label cans of paint, rotate stock
Dry Pigments: Skin, clean, label, seal jars, rotate stock
Ink Cans: Skin, clean, label, seal cans, rotate stock
OTHER DUTIES (No more than 20% of weekly duties):
Facilities: Maintain the Packaging and Finished Goods areas in both appearance and
functionality. Ensure a safe and clean work environment, i.e., spills and trash are
cleaned up and dealt with promptly and properly. Packaging area is swept weekly
and recycling and trash are emptied as needed.
Additional duties may be assigned by department manager at any time.
HOURS:
Must work designated hours unless other arrangements have been made. Overtime,
including weekends, may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE (minimum)
High School graduate with one year of work experience. Previous experience
working in a manufacturing environment, particularly with packaging, preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have the ability to understand and communicate verbally, and in writing, in
American English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Employee must have acceptable basic math skills including addition, subtraction,
multiplication, and division.
