Baci Studio is seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Content Marketing Intern to help develop and execute content across our five divisions: Fashion, Café, Gelato, Art Gallery, and Events.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in social media strategy, content creation, lifestyle branding, and visual storytelling. The intern will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan the monthly content calendar and ensure that each Baci Studio division has a distinct voice while remaining connected to the overall brand.
The ideal candidate understands how to create engaging content for different audiences and can help transform ideas into polished social media posts from concept through execution.
Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and organize the social media content calendar
- Help plan a balanced content strategy across Baci Studio’s five divisions: Fashion, Café, Gelato, Art Gallery, and Events
- Contribute creative ideas for Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories, static posts, and promotional campaigns
- Film and photograph products, food, fashion, events, artwork, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms
- Assist with writing captions, calls to action, hashtags, and promotional copy
- Research social media trends, trending audio, local New York content, and competitor activity
- Help schedule and publish content across Baci Studio’s social media platforms
- Capture real-time content during events, café activations, gallery exhibitions, fashion shoots, and other studio happenings
- Organize digital assets, raw footage, campaign materials, and completed content
- Help review content performance and identify which formats and topics connect best with our audience
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice across all five divisions
- Assist with influencer outreach, community engagement, and other marketing projects as needed
What we are looking for in an intern:
- Strong interest in social media marketing, content creation, fashion, food, art, hospitality, or events
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and current social media trends
- Basic experience filming and editing short-form content
- Creative eye for branding, composition, storytelling, and visual presentation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable managing content for multiple areas of a business
- Able to take direction, meet deadlines, and contribute original ideas
- Comfortable working in a creative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is preferred
- Previous social media, marketing, photography, or content experience is a plus but not required

This internship will have a minimum duration of 3 months, preferably 3 days per week, from 5 hours each day onsite in the office. We are open to students looking to receive credit as long as we are provided with correct documentation. Candidates will be granted $20 a day, at the end of each week, to cover lunch and transportation as well as a $200 clothing allowance (at full price value) at the end of each month.
