Job Description:
Comfort Kare LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. RBTs will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect accurate session data, and communicate effectively with families and the clinical team.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients’ homes.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Strong communication, professionalism, and compassion for working with children and families.
- Must be able to work 4PM-7PM Monday-Friday.

Travel Requirements
- This is an in-home position requiring travel to clients’ residences.
- Technicians may be assigned clients within a 30-mile service radius from their home or designated work area.
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
