Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and safely
- Coordinate assembly line activities, optimizing workflow and resource allocation to hit numbers daily
- Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment to support manufacturing tasks
- Manage warehouse operations related to raw materials, components, and finished goods inventory
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections to maintain a secure working environment
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure machinery operates at peak performance
- Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing training on department techniques and tool usage
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on assembly line exposure
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely
- Strong warehouse experience including inventory management and logistics coordination
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high levels of motivation and morale
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting equipment or operational issues
- Prior experience with factory equipment maintenance or assembly line optimization is preferred
