A non-competitive dance studio in Springfield, Oregon is looking for a passionate dance instructor to join our team! We are in search of a teacher for our intermediate jazz for teens and adults. Teacher must be committed to regular classes on a weekly basis through a 10 month dance year, Sep-June.
In the dance instructor role, you will teach students about jazz dance styles and technique as well as create choreography to teach the students. Weekly classes will consist of warm-up, technique practice, and choreography that will build each week to produce full dances to be performed at the spring recital.

- Jazz - Intermediate for Teens to Adults
Qualifications & Duties
- Knowledge of foundations of dance style being taught
- Talent for choreographing performances for dance recitals in the style they are teaching
- Passion for dance and helping others grow in their own dance journeys
- Positive attitude
- 1+ years prior teaching experience preferred but not required with proper recommendation
- Physical strength and endurance
- Great leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
