Hybrid Staffing Coordinator
Job Description
Position Summary
The Hybrid Staffing Coordinator supports business development efforts while executing full-cycle staffing operations. This role combines revenue-generating activity, associate management, and client service responsibilities. The position flexes between sales-focused activity and operational coordination based on business demand and seasonal volume.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Business Development Support
- Conduct outbound calls and visits to prospective and existing clients
- Generate job orders through daily candidate and client conversations
- Support and execute marketing initiatives for available associates and recently ended assignments
- Participate in property visits where associates are currently assigned
- Maintain awareness of competitor presence within assigned markets
- Identify potential leads through interviews, quality control calls, and reference checks
Candidate and Associate Management
- Maintain a pipeline of Candidates Made Available aligned with market demand
- Ensure quality and quantity standards are met when building candidate inventory
- Conduct arrival and quality control calls
- Proactively market associates nearing assignment completion and recently Made Available
- Support redeployment efforts to minimize associate downtime
Client Service and Order Fulfillment
- Accurately enter and manage job orders in the ATS
- Match candidates to client requirements and confirm placement details
- Coordinate start dates and onboarding requirements
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests
- Address client escalations in the absence of management
Administrative and Compliance Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the ATS
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
- Support internal reporting and operational initiatives as requested
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical and Work Environment
Standard office environment. Occasional travel to client properties may be required.
