What you'll do
- Walk into commercial buildings and pitch decision-makers directly
- Focus on hotels, property managers, and commercial facilities
- Close recurring supply agreements with 30–90 day reorder cycles
- Own your territory end-to-end: prospecting, closing, and account growth
- Build pipeline daily and consistently expand market share
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside or field sales experience
- Comfortable with cold prospecting and direct B2B sales
- Experience selling in one or more of the following environments:
- HVAC, facility services, or commercial building products
- Payment processing, merchant services, or B2B services
- Telecom, ISP, energy, or business services sales
- Self-motivated, disciplined, competitive, and resilient
- Enjoy building a territory and generating new business from the ground up
