Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Leasing Agent to join our team in the Appleton/Green Bay Area. As a key representative of our company you will be responsible for showcasing residential properties, guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process, ensure our properties meet the company standards and serve as liaison between office staff and property sites.
Responsibilities
- Show residential properties to prospective tenants by understanding their needs and preferences
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email and in person
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property availability and features
- Address tenant concerns effectively while maintaining a positive relationship
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Provide general assistance to tenants and building managers to enhance retention
- Stay informed about the property's maintenance needs or improvements
Qualifications
- Prior Leasing, sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Reliable transportations and a valid driver's license are required
- Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, email, leasing software)
