Countrywide Innovations LLC is looking to add an experienced, reliable, and motivated person to our remodeling and construction team.
We are a growing remodeling company that handles a wide range of projects, including decks, drywall, framing, trim, doors, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, painting, repairs, and general remodeling. We understand that no one knows everything, and we are not expecting one person to be perfect in every trade. However, we are looking for someone who has solid hands-on experience in multiple areas of remodeling and construction and is willing to keep learning.
The right person for this position needs to be dependable, hardworking, able to work independently, and capable of figuring things out on the job. We need someone who can take direction, think through problems, communicate clearly, and care about doing quality work.
Experience we are looking for includes some of the following:
Framing
Drywall hanging and finishing
Interior trim and doors
Flooring installation
Deck building
Painting
Basic siding, windows, and exterior work
Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
General repairs and punch-list work
Basic understanding of tools, measurements, and jobsite safety
You do not need to know every single one of these areas, but you do need to have real construction/remodeling experience and be willing to learn what you do not already know.
We are looking for someone who:
Shows up on time and is dependable
Can work independently when needed
Can follow directions without needing to be watched constantly
Takes pride in quality workmanship
Can problem-solve and figure things out
Is willing to learn and grow
Has a good attitude on the jobsite
Communicates well with the team and customers
Has reliable transportation
Has basic hand tools
Can handle physical work and jobsite conditions

Pay will depend on experience, skill level, reliability, and ability to work independently.
