Empire Elite Cheerleading & Gymnastics is a fast-growing program in Berlin, CT. We offer a variety of team and recreational classes for cheerleading, gymnastics, and tumbling.
We are urgently hiring serious, committed, and reliable candidates. (Not a seasonal position)
Empire Elite is currently in search of recreational gymnastics class instructors. Positions available immediately.
Availability Needed: Mondays-Fridays 4:30- 8:00 PM (Tuesdays Required)
Saturdays- 9:00 AM-12:15 PM.
Must have reliable transportation.
Training Period- Hired staff will be working along side current instructors for a duration of time in order to become comfortable working independently.
Empire Elite is in search of passionate, energetic and results driven individuals who have an eye for technique and can contribute to the success of our program. Ideal candidates must work well with children and have a willingness to learn and adapt to our gym's culture and philosophies. We value consistency for our athletes and their families! All candidates must be dependable and reliable.
Experience is preferred.
Willing to train those whom have other field-related qualifications.
Ideal candidates are patient, kind and have the ability to work well with others in order to create a fun, safe yet disciplined work environment. All employees must be able to pass a background check as well.
