RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee daily operations, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
- Lead employee performance, development, evaluations, and FMLA processes
- Ensure regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and patient safety
- Monitor volumes and access trends; prepare business and capital case
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years as an RT, sonographer, mammographer, or nuclear medicine technologist
- 3+ years of radiology supervisory experience
- High School Diploma or GED + imaging program graduate OR Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years directly related experience
- Active WA imaging credential (ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB)
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of regulatory/accreditation standards and healthcare delivery
- Strong leadership, communication, and change‑management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues effectively
- Solid financial management skills
Preferred:
- Experience supporting 24/7 operations and on‑call rotations
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Multi‑modality registration
- Master’s degree or 6 years related experience

- Do you have a Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certificate OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Certificate OR Radiologic Technologist Certification OR Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certificate from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board in the state of Washington?
- Graduate of an accredited diagnostic imaging program or Bachelors Degree or four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
- Do you have a minimum five (5) years of experience as a radiologic technologist, sonographer/ultrasound technologist, mammographer, or nuclear medicine technologist?
- Do you have a minimum three (3) years of experience as a radiology supervisor (having had direct reports, responsible for annual reviews, responsible for hiring and terminating employees)?
